It wasn't bad at all, but I was using it as a gaming mouse, and it wasn't quite fluid enough for me. It wasn't the best for pinpoint accuracy, like if I was using a sniper rifle in a shooter, the sight would jump farther in a direction than I would want it to go, while the MX510 is accurate almost down to the pixel. Theres a slight possility that it's because my mouse pad also, so you may not notice the problem. But like I said, it wasn't a bad mouse at all, so all you can really do is test it out and see how it works for you.
