Wish they shipped this stuff to the Uk. Amazon.co.uk is listing the mx700 at more than double that price. Anyone feel like sending this to me?

I wish they'd do something similar with the MX1000, but that's just wishful thinking. Anyone have any idea if the 1000's laser system is better than the 700's optical?

I read in a review that the MX1000's laser is just as accurate as the corded MX510. I have used both the 510 and the 700, and the 510 performed much better, so I would assume that 1000 > 700.

Care to elaborate on the performance of the 700? What's so bad about it?

It wasn't bad at all, but I was using it as a gaming mouse, and it wasn't quite fluid enough for me. It wasn't the best for pinpoint accuracy, like if I was using a sniper rifle in a shooter, the sight would jump farther in a direction than I would want it to go, while the MX510 is accurate almost down to the pixel. Theres a slight possility that it's because my mouse pad also, so you may not notice the problem. But like I said, it wasn't a bad mouse at all, so all you can really do is test it out and see how it works for you.
