Looking for a good defrag program

I'm tried of having to run the XP defragger several times on each drive to get it defragmented correctly.

What are some good defraggers?

I use O&O Defrag. It's pretty robust, can work in the background, has different levels/methods of defragmentation, plus it's kinda nice to look at.
