Also, my writing skills are horrid. Can anyone suggest a book for basic writing?

My Canadian Press and Broadcast News Style books are god-sends when it comes to grammer.

Also, Between Worlds is a great book as well. It's a reader as well as a style guide.

Read Strunk and White's The Elements of Style.

'Their' and 'Grammar' have to be the two words I incorrectly spell the most.
