I think she still looks mostly like herself but also a little bit like Winona Ryder.
Also, did her eye color change from green to brown... in adulthood? What kind of spice was she huffing to get the reverse Fremen?! Or was the detox period so powerful it took the blues out of her eyes?

My daughter has eyes like that. The green/hazel colors can vary a lot based on the lighting, I also think there is some natural iris pigmentation variation from day to day.
