Hi,
A neighbor has a MacBook Pro (Retina mid-2014) that connects to their Wi-Fi network, but it does not get Internet access. Other devices on the same network, including Windows 10 and 11 laptops, Android phones, and iPhones, are both connecting to WiFi and getting Internet access, thus working normally.
What has been tried so far:
None of these steps fixed the issue. The MacBook Pro shows it is connected to Wi-Fi, but browsers and apps cannot access the internet.
According to the neighbor, it just stopped working after updating Firefox.
Looking for suggestions on what to try next.

What has been tried so far:
- Forgot the Wi-Fi network and reconnected
- Renewed DHCP lease
- Manually set DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
