Ferel Interactive updated their Linux port of Mad Max with Vulkan support....
It can be enabled through the "Betas" tab in Steam, under the game properties by typing in the password:

I haven't tested the game yet on my own PC, because I am still installing it. But so far the performance difference has been quite noticeably going by some of the posted benchmarks.
