If you don't have Xbox live, is it at all possible to download the roster update? And if not... is there anywhere to get some help with this shit?

1. it is impossible to get any files off of xbox live without an xbox live account.

2. the only way to download rosters without xbox live is to have an Action Replay. With it, you can download game saves off your computer and put it onto the memory card that comes included with the AR, then you can transfer it to your xbox system.


why dont you just find a 2-month free card, get XBL, download the roster update and cancel?

if you need to update rosters manually go to www.nfl.com and get the most up to date rosters. there's no other way really

Hm, yeah, was thinking about those 2 month free cards. For now I'll manually adjust what I know. Thanks. I'd grab Live, but as of now I'm really pretty brok so.. Also, with 360 brewing.. will the services just be transferred over? Or how about using a friends Xbox Live account. Would that work on someone else's Xbox?

Oh, and also, what's a good quarter length to simulate real life? 5 minutes is crazy. Full 15 is crazy with how quick you move. How about 12 minutes and some type of accelerated clock?

i get realistic stats with 5min quarters...anything else seems to long.
