im hoping this is a rush job and when two next gen systems are available itll look much nicer. that being said this isnt "that" bad. everything in this looks better than this gens madden, and thats all i really expected for this first iteration.
my only gripe is WTF is up with the cleats and the crowds??

This Shaun Alexander pic was from a 720p trailer with AA
Its obviously the same in-game model, just that Shaun looks much better thanks to the AA and native resolution. I think I may have to get a HDTV finally
Then again, HDTV doesnt change the PS2 animations I saw in the video. :lol

the more i look at it, i am actually impressed by my Tom Brady picture, considering it took about 20 seconds to do. I truly am an artist.
For the 100th time nobody was blaming Nathken for the graphics, they are blaiming him for his claims that the final product would surpass the target renders. In all honety the stadiums are like one of the best looking elements of these screens which is what Nathken worked on, his portfolio website is tight as well, so he is a talented artist, nobody is disputing that, It's that he kinda got our hopes up with the claims of it looking better then the target renders that left some people salty.
Regaridng nathkenn getting reamed... If this guy wanted to be a big shot on the forum with insider info to be held up high by xbots then it's only fair that the other fan boys rip him apart for being wrong. You ride the high wave you fall when it crashes.

While not the best.... taking a 2nd look, it's not bad... but not great either... I'm far more impressed with EA's other games.
