Madden 360 just consists of running around with Shaun Alexander in an empty stadium!
olimario said:Stadium doesn't really look realistic.
Matlock said:Looking at his back and the ground, that's...seriously, I've held out hope for XB360, but that's stretching it. Seriously, ESPN had better looking on-field than that.

I've been to Qwest Field a number times, that is pretty damn accurate.olimario said:Stadium doesn't really look realistic. The field is just *blah*

Only problem I see is the lighting, that makes it look so-so right now.
Insertia said:Are we looking at the same stadium?
It looks like a low geometry poorly textured field.
The large screen looks nice, everything else looks like GTA:SA for PC.

Dear Shaun,
Please come to to the top of the Stadium stand, I have baked a cake for you.
Princess Toadstool,
PEACH!
DMczaf said:I cant wait for Alexander NFL 06. I hear this year they have his family on the sideline watching him run on the field alone.
alpha and beta kits had crap for lighting power, compared to final kits.Mrbob said:Yeah, what is the deal. This is another X360 game that seems to have problems with lighting. I thought the X360 GPU is supposed to help make this process easy. Or is lighting one of the last things added to games?
AFAIK, no it wasn't. 6800 SLI from what I heard.olimario said:Wasn't Gears of War running on alpha kits at E3? That game has phenominal lighting.

HomerSimpson-Man said:Er, considering that's a field, why would it be high geometry? The stadium area certainly looks high geometry.

Insertia said:Why shouldn't it be high geometry or have more detail? Grass, dirt, at least a higher res texture to give it that perception. Right now it looks bland and completely unrealistic.
Also the bg isn't high geometry at all. Look at those buildings. The low res textures covering everything doesn't t help either.

newsguy said:Those complaining about the blurry field lines are joking. The current-gen versions look fine in theis department, why would they take a step back? Look at the wall desigs, those are terribly blurry as well. These are minor things that are simple to touch up. The point of the screen is obviously to get the viewer to see how detailed the stadium is, hence the angle. I think you guys know this and are bitching for the sake of it.
