Mafia Definitive Edition Rumored to Be Headed to Game Pass

According to a credible leaker, Hangar 13's Mafia Definitive Edition remake could be headed to the Game Pass subscription service next month.

Faithful remake of an absolutely classic. Will be replaying on PC again.

Played it when it hit PS+ last year. It's a very good remake of the original, even improves on the shitty racing mission and a lot of other QoL improvements.

1 DE is a full on remake, 2 has a 'remaster' as well but it's poor, just a simple resolution increase, not even 60 FPS.

The remake makes them feel similar. If anything the remake refines things even further.


3 is pretty different and I've never been able to finish it.

Mafia 3 had so much potential, Driving is great, shooting is great but the missions are so terribly repetitive and boring.

Tried playing all Mafia games and this is the only one I liked. Good get for game pass, definitely recommended if you want a Mafia game.

I hadn't played Mafia 1 before, started with 2 which was excellent. 3 got boring fast.

I played Mafia 1 definitive edition on release and found it to be absolutely fantastic as good if not better than 2.

And voice acting was not good at all, way too much forced and caricatural. The original was much better

I agree that the voice acting wasn't as good in the remake as it was in the original, but a very solid game. Great get for anyone that doesn't own it or hasn't played it already.
