Being its an apartment. Its likely the landlord is a cheap fuck who put in cheap bedroom style doors as main entry doors. Typical bedroom door is a bit of wood covering over hollow cardboard style inside.

Very easy to go through

That door shouldn't be legal. Was it made out of cardboard?

well apparently it was. Damn

But what an eerie conversation at the end.

Fuck man that's sad, it's a good thing that guy had a gun. At least the guy is still alive, hopefully he gets the help he needs.

that was a shockmaster worthy entrance

Scary. I'd never want someone to put me in the situation to shoot them. Glad the people inside protected themselves though.

Is that a poster of Libery City from GTA IV on their wall?

Thank god my house has a steel door. I mean what the fuck was that?? Looked flimsy enough to walk through. Also makes me want a handgun even more. Never know when crazy motherfuckers with machetes be prowling around.

Get shot.

Also, why even bother having a fucking lock on a door if it's made of fucking paper? Might as well be a curtain. Cheap ass builders. My door is heavy as FUCK.

Wait, you'd go to jail if you shot him in the head?

I'm guessing this is because it's expected for you to be trained with a firearm and shoot to disable, as opposed to kill, or what?

No. But executing a guy you already hit, who's on the ground already, is probably not going to do you any good.

Right to trial, etc etc.

There was a case where an older gentleman recorded himself (audio) executing two teens that intruded into his home. It was exeedingly brutal. Disarm their ass, call the cops, and glare at them in the court room.

those victims were clearly not a threat after they had initially been shot. To execute them (even if they broke into your home) while unarmed is just cruel.

Sounds fake but if not:

Sad the guy got shot but tough shit he brought it on himself. Textbook self defense. He retreated and attempted to get back. Made verbal warnings. Not sure how this situation would have been helped had the dude been unarmed.

Door looks like a interior door. The doors inside my crib are pretty much that thin. Front door can take a pounding but interior doors will fold like paper.

It would've been that much better if Tracy Morgan walked in after the machete guy and asked the victim if he was scared.

No. Killing a person while defending yourself is entirely different from executing them after they've been disabled and are no longer posing a threat.

Those WorldStar comments are some of the funniest shit I've ever read.

I'm glad the guy lived, because I'd feel like kind of an asshole for laughing at the sounds he was making. "Hnnnnnng it hurts it hurts!" Like straight out of a bad TV show.

Props to the guy defending his home. He was clearly distraught and didn't want to hurt anyone, but he probably saved the lives of everyone there.

Oh god, I'm glad I'm not the only one who laughed at the perp crying and moaning like a little baby.

That would be illegal, chief.

Then you'd be in jail, bruh.

You'd be behind bars, sport.

Then you would go to prison, friend.

Gonna get locked up, fella.

Then you would fry, guy.

Say hello to maximum security, amigo.

And in the slammer you'd be, pal.

Egregious thinkin' pan jimmies with a rooty-tooty-point-and-shooty'll getcha a roight sentence inna feddie, brev.

Something something gaol, associate.

You'd be telling this cool story in jail, bro.

Then you'd be in the pokie, Hoss.

Next purchase: A sturdy door

Regarding the door, that really looks like an internal hollow core style door that isn't meant to be used an external door or one to use with chains/locks

When people are saying "is it made of cardboard?" or "it looks like its made of cardboard", that's exactly what most are primarily made of, these type of internal hollow core doors are not meant to be used as exterior doors or protective doors and are made of 2 thin sheets of wood and are either almost entirely hollow or filled with a mesh of cardboard.

Why this type of door has a chain on it (in the video) is beyond me, they offer basically no protection and are incredibly easy to break open/through (i once put my head through one).

Looking at the footage, I think the bedroom doors in my apartment are actually stronger than that one.
