Eden - or a matter of fact, anything by Hiroki Endo. Eden is so fucking deep it's not funny.. one of my favourites.
H2 - baseball manga, but Adachi Mitsu rocks

Grab Monster if you like 20th CB and grab Pluto while you're at it too.

Last but not least for another deep manga, grab Homunculus.

There's also a thousand one-shots that you can track down that are easily worth grabbing just as much as some series are.

now, if your want graphic novels with a little inffluence, scott pilgrim 1 and 2 (3 out in december) are must haves. they are funny and interesting, compelling, and have lots of awesome game stuff in them. they are personal must haves.
