The Nintendo DS has an unlikely fan in shock rock king Marilyn Manson!

Marilyn Manson was recently interviewed by American TV channel E! as part of a feature on what video games stars play. Manson replied he had "bought a Nintendo DS a couple of weeks ago", and commented that it was "pretty neat".

When asked what games he'd been playing on it, he said he was "pretty good at Mario Kart", and that his friend had got him "this little Japanese lawyer game. It's f***ing amazing". We're guessing he means Phoenix Wright. Awesome stuff!

This news is pretty curious. I was a big fan of Manson back in HS. I still haven't picked up a DS or Phoenix Wright, but that is definitely one of the more interesting original titles for the system.
