Since the Xbox managed to become the official console for gamers who used to be exclusive to the PC it become a very good fit for Bioware. Plus hell it's good that Bioware games stays away from the hardcore Playstation crowd 80% of whom wouldn't be able to get over the OMG BAD ART!!!11oneone1!!

I don't know about that. Ever since Baldur's Gate II, thier games have been sliding downhill IMO. Jade Empire really alienated me from the company so I don't have much excitment for Mass Effect. Looking forward to Dragon Age more and I'm hoping they really cater to the PC crowd with that. *shrugs*

I'd really prefer it if Bioware stopped pandering to weaksauce console gamers.

At least they're siding with the platform that will likely be more receptive to their "weaksauce" efforts. I applaud their good taste.

Well admittedly Jade Empire wasn't exactly great. But at least they have their MDK hertiage helping them out with Mass Effect unlike their crap JE fighter engine. And Dragon Age seems like a return to their BG roots. We'll see.
