Mastering Street Fighter...

i think it hindges on weither the SFA stick is going to use Happs parts, and if so.. Ultimate = Bad, Super8 = Good.
The buttons don't really look like competition (convex) buttons tho.
About inputs, some characters allow you to shortcut stuff.. 'shortcut??' yea like find a cancelable move example.. Ryu's close standing short (wk) button.
do QCF+k, then QFC+k.. should 2 in 1 the shinshoryuken. like already mentioned too.. you can buffer the motion as your recovering from a normal attack.

I never bought it, but I've heard that the SF Anniv Strat Guide was actually pretty good...went into fundamentals like poking and builds up to exploiting bugs. Maybe check that out? Anyone here ever check it out?

Although there are some typos, the SFAE Guide is very good. Written by people who know what they are talking about.

Yo,

You never respond to my e-mails, Lee..

:|

That's probably because I never SAW them. :) My inbox is the victim of massive amounts of spam and it's easy for me to miss a legit e-mail while mass-deleting everything.

the jump kick sweep combos work well.
Also do arial moves when you see him leap up for his special attack.
As a character with a dragon punch try hitting him with one as he get up when you knock him over.
Even better try to hit him with a super if your metter is full, timing is everything.

Akuma's med kick is good for keepin him at bay.

Just went looking for a copy but couldn’t find one, so I am getting the shop to order one in!

In a week or two I will be trying to master street fighter so I don’t become the forum bitch when I got online in like 2 months!

This is so Rocky.

I just read this on GA's news:
http://www.gaming-age.com/news/2005/1/5-2
Radica Games Limited announced today its continuing partnership with Sega Toys (a subsidiary of Sega Corporation) and plans to manufacture and distribute Play TV Legends Street Fighter II Special Champion Edition in honor of Capcom's 15th anniversary of the release of the legendary video game, the first to introduce two-player fighting action. This multi-game unit features two authentic six-button Sega Genesis controllers that plug into a TV and gives players all the action, characters and grandmasters of the original, plus a special bonus game, Ghouls and Ghosts.
Not quite the TV game idea I'd want for Street Fighter II compared to what I suggested earlier in the thread =/
