Dude, everyone knows that only chicks eat healthy!

(from the website)

wow, McDonald's® has really done it with their new Fruit & Walnut Salad. it's just what a girl wants. a heavenly combination of fresh, crisp apples...juicy, seedless grapes...creamy, low-fat yogurt and sweet candied walnuts. and the best part? it's perfect for breakfast, lunch or snacktime, so i can get a "fruit buzz"...whenever. finally, fresh fruit is at McDonald's! i don't think it gets any better than that.

It's kinda sad they've decided to market it that way. I guess they're giving up on guys actually eating healthy there. Oh well, if it'll decrease the number of 350 pound ladies in the US, I'm all for it!

I like my grapes with them seeds not without.

Some of my friends not only eat them seedless but skinless (peerless?) also.

Weirdos.

I think it's actually saying something bad about women. Only women would try to eat healthy at McDonalds. :lol

And yes too much vitamin C acts as an oxidant, so it is bad for you in massive quantities. But I think that's with supplements. If it's natural vitamin C, then it's ok. But somehow I doubt McDonald's fruit is fresh enough to contain that much vitamin C naturally.

And really Vitamin C is a worthless vitamin. It's everywhere.

If you're going to complement the health benefits of that salad, it's the walnuts and their omega 3 fats. Improves brain and heart health. The vast majority of Americans don't get enough.

Too much of anything is bad for you. A balanced diet is best. :)

At least, that's how I read it :-|

My wife does. And apparantly, lots of people do considering they single-handedly helped turn the company's sales trends around.
Great, America finally starts eating healthy, and it's because of fucking McDonald's. Sure didn't see that one comin'.

I thought it started because of Subway and the whole Jared phenominon. O_O

It would be funny if some people got this and a large coke (if you're not american and you somehow don't know, large is as big as your head in the US) and fries and thought it was healthy.

Ah, oh well. At least it's a start.

Women just eat up advertising more. They'd be more likely to buy into McDonald's health food just like how they like Kodak digital cameras.

800%+ Vitamin C, too, can't complain. $2.99, I say it's worth it for someone who's horrible in the kitchen in general.

Why didn't I see this earlier. Cutting an apple and removing shelled walnuts from a container is cooking? It's certainly much easier and cheaper than driving to mcdonalds to get it.

Unless youre a moron, youre not eating fast food period if youre trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
