You might be thinking of the baseless speculation ONM engaged in. But people who tend to be in the know say it's already being localised for Europe.

I was here during GC's era and I remember that when tales of Symphonia launched in japan, it has been the only time the system sold more then PS2 during a week. People were thus saying GC was not d00med because of that.

Looking now back, I wonder how we could say that. GC's sales indeed were terrible anytime.
