Maybe the internals are super well designed and it's really long-lasting and weatherproof but gosh, the pictures make that thing look really dull imo.
Not an accessories expert by any means but I have to figure you could get something a bit more interesting for that kind of money. With that said, if you like it, go for it.

Whatever you do DO NOT use Obenauf's LP or anything with wax in it.
Neatsfoot oil imo is the best. Doesn't darken leather.

The fact they don't show the first one without the guy messing around with it I'd say the second one.
I like the cut of #2 but the material looks kinda shiny in a way that reminds me of velvet, which I'm not a fan of.

The other is a cashmere and wool blend, also good. The pictures just don't show it properly.

Two are the best of the bunch for me, save for the gaudy branding on the tongue.
Don't buy the first ones, that sole is hideous, looks like it hasn't been trimmed yet or something. I legit think they'd be impractical too, like you'd trip over them.
