Wow, sounds like pretty bad news for USA fans....not very good for PS2 sales either, when their other November system-sellers have been delayed into 2005.

MGS2 came out in the USA 2 weeks before the JP version, so maybe it will be an early December release here.

Yes, but only slightly earlier... MGS3 was believed to be coming out in early November in USA, and a week or so later in Japan. If the Japanese date is delayed by a few weeks, then it's not unlikely that the US release will be shifted accordingly too... and that will make me very very sad, I am counting the days to play this game

They redid the character art for the codec sequences. That was the first thing I noticed when I saw the cellphone MG2 pics. No more Sean Connery.
