Note: that's almost 10,000 people that specifically bought the $90 version on Steam.

But its blue beards wedding anniversary today, it should skyrocket tomorrow when thats over

it should beat Indiana jones pretty easily.

next challenge:
is it going to beat The Vailguard?!

Maybe that's good considering it's the $90 version with early access? Next Sunday (first Sunday after the standard edition releases) will almost certainly be the all time peak, should be interesting to see where it lands.

Thats concurrent users. Seems kinda high.

Game budget is similar to Outer Worlds, maybe 20% more. Sub 50 million budget.

Actual sales would be closer to 100k. They probably have 8-9 million already in bank.

As much as I dislike this shitty game. I think this might actually do alright judging by these early numbers. The budget is lower than Veilguard so even with the 80 or 90k concurrent players, it's going to get by fine.

Kingdom Come 2 was not a purple victory since barely any normal folks hated on it and it's mostly the purple side that disliked it. But Avowed would be a purple victory which they needed after so many woke flops in their games last year and not just limited to gaming either. So they're going to get one victory over the "chuds" on this.

Here's Outer Worlds for reference. It launched on Epic as an exclusive for a year hence the low number of players. Avowed will obviously go higher than that.

Yeah, it's 90$ and the deluxe edition doesn't include expansion content, like Indiana Jones or Starfield did

And lol, at Microsoft posting 1million dollar in sales for a AAA video game. Jesus that is funny

I'm quite looking forward to the game, but the deluxe edition only having early access (and maybe some skins or something) is kinda crap. At least Starfield upgrades gave you a dlc pack.

Same reason I didn't opt to get it either. It's cheaper than Starfield's ($24 vs $30) but that came with extras as well as the expansion which released at retail $30, it was a much better value.
