IGN: Does Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition even come close to challenging Burnout 3 as the fastest racing game on consoles in this generation? Is it faster? What's the final framerate going to be?

JP: It is faster than Burnout 3, with a more precise level of control. We believe Midnight Club 3 is the fastest racing game anyone has played to date. I have not seen a faster game.

IGN: What kind of music will we hear? Will the game support Dolby 5.1 on Xbox and Dolby Pro Logic II on PS2? And for the Xbox, will gamers be able to rip their own soundtracks?

JP: There will be a wide range of music -- hip hop, rock, techno, drum and bass. The soundtrack is still being worked on, but I can confirm the inclusion of songs from Cash Money Records, such as Baby and Mannie Fresh. Many of Atlantic's Joint Chiefs artists are in the game too, like T.I. and Twista. Players will also be able to create their own custom playlists with their favorite music on the Xbox.
