... Before they had this string of hits like NBA Ballerz ... and good games like Psi-Ops that didn't sell great, but was quality. Next year they have a Boyz N the Hood type game with Snoop Dogg, directed by John Singleton ... I'm sure that is going to sell through the roof. Someone should have bought them back when they were down, it would have been a good investment.

Wasn't Microsoft looking into buying them up a year or two back? It'd probably have been a better move than Rare.

Someone did buy 'em. It was a publicly owned company, but some guy bought every last stock and made it private, or something like that.

I don't understand this mentality. "Midway is good, someone should buy it?" Why can't there be just successful independent developers without a huge company eating it? This is disgusting. It's as if you want the video game industry to self-destruct.

Sumner Redstone owns most of the midway stock and he is a lot of a bigger fish than EA :lol
