The Dodgers with this wild card spot = Combine with a drunk girl sitting on his couch.
It makes me really angry that if we hadn't bent over for the fucking loser Padres, we'd be in a wild card position right now.
St. Louis is begging anyone else to take their wild card spot, but the Dodgers just can't do it. The Dodgers with this wild card spot = Combine with a drunk girl sitting on his couch.
What's overrated are The Cowboys and The Texas Rangers.
Is it possible that, if there's a three-way tie, a team could have to play five games in five days in five different cities? We're afraid it is. Not likely, but it is.
Let's say the Yankees, Rays and Orioles all finish with the same record. Their first order of business would be to decide the AL East champ. That would take two days.
If nothing significant changes in the next few weeks, the Rays (who have the best head-to-head record against the other two teams) would get to decide whether they want to play two home games to break that tie or let the other two teams play and face the winner on the road.
Once the division is decided, if the AL East "losers" were tied for the second wild-card spot, they would have to play again to break that tie. So it's possible the Orioles, for instance, might have to play Wednesday in Tampa Bay, Thursday in New York, Friday in Baltimore, Saturday in Oakland/Detroit/Anaheim/Chicago and (depending on game times and logistics) Sunday in Baltimore.
People are actually suggesting Votto is "killing the vibe in the clubhouse", so the team isn't playing well. Haha Jesus Christ.
Mattingly benched Kemp for today's game.
Oh yeah I knew you were. I was referring to the crazies on blogs and such.I hope you realize that at least I'm being sarcastic. It's just two rough innings by two pitchers that cost the Reds that game. Votto has been on base nearly every AB so far.
Watching Baseball's Seasons on MLB Network, and the 2001 season was fucking gdlk. Pujols, Bonds, Ichiro. The Mariners had 8 fucking All-Stars.
Hopefully I've released the curse. At least my avatar is still black and yellow though.

Fuckin' Nature
sounds like a lost season for the Dodgers. They should just focus on reloading for next year, getting all their high priced bats to actually hit. They weren't going far with Kershaw and scrubs for a pitching lineup anyway.
I like the Nationals, but their management can DIAF. The perfect ending to this story would be for the Nats to flame out in the playoffs, miss them the next few years, and Strasburg LOL CYA-ing to a team that doesn't make him turn his head and cough after every start.
