Yesssssss a thread where I can pimp Mondongo in GAF? Mondongo is just tripe as it is cooked in Latin America, but many countries cook it bland, no color, tastes like shit remnants.

Tomato sauce, green peppers, onion, carrots, green peas, corn, etc and eat it on a bed of white rice, and it's one of the most delicious meals you can have.
