- There is now swimming. However you can only fire your pistol underwater, like Half-Life.
- There is a diving maneuver to hit the ground fast, can be used to dive through windows.
- Grabbing onto ledges does not automatically mount, you can hang onto the ledge and shoot from that position.
- Invasion mode that has 20 players and 20 AI vs other 20 players and other 20 AI. Does not replace Ground War which is still in the game.
