For the last 3 nights. High pitch ringing sound. Not too loud for definitely ANNOYING! What is it? What can I do. H3LP!

Try lowering the resolution/refresh rate, if its still happening you need a new monitor, I had one that started a really high pitched buzzing a native res, pissed me off no end.

If so I had the same fucking problem and no matter what I did I couldn't fix it so I just broke down and bought a new one. No problems with that one as of yet.

My monitor does the same thing. I've been Fonzing it for the last half-year, so maybe I'll try something a little more permanent when I get to it.
