Okay, it's not called the Hypo-Spray, but it's pretty much the same thing:

The SonoPrep works by applying ultrasound waves to a small area of skin, about one square centimetre, for about 15 seconds. The ultrasound disrupts a protective membrane under the skin, allowing fluids to flow in or out.

The openings allow larger molecules, including those of many drugs, to pass through quickly. The skin returns to normal in 12 to 24 hours.

Personally, I'm looking forward to transporter technology. I just don't want a fly to get mixed up with my dna.

Waaay too long. Makes you much more vulnerable to infection... IMO they'd need to very careful about the spot they select to use this device on.

While the product may be new, the concept of "needle-less ejections" has been around for a long time. They've been able to do needle-less ejections in one form or another for at least 10 years.
