Just beat the story mode for the second time since I got the game launch day...what..5 years ago? Also beat more of the challenge tower..like 115 to 130 I think.
This game holds up in so many ways.
The visual fidelity is so good I could almost swear it looks 1080p.
The game play is fun and still plays well on the ps3 controller.
The story mode is engaging and pulls you along swiftly.
The unlock system is addicting.
If you are excited for X I must say don't be afraid to go back to 9 pre release. It does not seem to have aged much and holds its own.
