General Gameplay Changes
- Normal attacks. Deal less chip damage across the board
- Less meter gain
- Multi hit special moves don't build meter anymore
- Breaker deplete stamina for both players
- njp are punishable on the way up
- jump back attacks are more negative on recovery
- trip guard is more like MK9
- Clock runs in real time
- Throw interactables can be directed
- There are hit sparks to let us know if we have punished the opponent or not on whiff/block
- Brutalities is easier to do.
- Command grab moves combo on hit (but only ex moves)
- hit box improvements all better
Jason
- b1 is faster and hit box is better. 9 frames good range.
- Machete toss has better recovery. ex too
- Across the board his down moves are all faster
- b122 is easier to combo. no run
- bear hug in ex he can control where he throws you
- Relentless has been buffed. Does more dmg depending on his health
- f44 has better combo ability
- b3 hit box is better and new extensions. b3 grab or b3 overhead.
- f3 is + on block
- dmg/healing buff last longer. dmg buff breaks armor. healing builds hp and meter
Kenshi
- faster pokes overall. d1, d3, d4, b1. Better recovery on hit and block on normals

- possessed teleport let you do normal jump in attacks

- Grab string mb lets u combo

- Balance
- Shoulder charge does 8% dmg now
Kung Lao
- j2 hit box adjustment
- ex orbiting hat has more adv on hit. easier to do combo

- increased dmg scaling on overhead dash and gotcha grab
Kitana
- d3 is 6 frames
- ex glaive is less adv on block
- 4 is + on block
- Assassin sharpen last longer, ex sharpen start up is faster
IT will be harder for chars to low profile stuff
Mileena
- b12 is -1 on block now, Active frame is adjusted. ITs whiff punishable now
- variation 2 pounce range increased by a lot
- low grab is faster is variation too. d3 to low grab is a tick throw
- d1 is 6 frames
Takeda
- Ronin overhead is slower. 15 frames instead of 12
- d1 is 7 frames
- uppercut is faster
- f4 is + on block
- Ronin blade recall on block doesnt break armor and hits once
Subzero
- Ice clone can be thrown downward now
- Aura makes slide freeze you when it hits. *unbreakable is godlike)
Kano
- Air ball is a overhead
- choke hit adv is better. -6 on block
- ex knife uppercut in cutthroat armor now
- b1 is a overhead now
- Cybernetic up laser is faster
- upball hits on first active frame
- Command new string 22 advancing tring
- b131+3 is a new extension. MB for combo
Johnny Cage
- d4 block disadvantage is more negative. no more machine gun d4
- d3 is faster. 7 frames
- jump 2 hits more consistently against crouching chars
- Fisticuffs changes. speed bag faster start up. Throw is 17% red shadow throw. Dmg is more 3 instead of 2. when hes buffed he gets the grab
Cassie
- flip kick is 7 frames now
- ex one lost armor
- nut punch hit advantage no longer varies based on height.
- brawler. enh grab do more dmg and on hit and they have armor.
- input for b2 is changed
Jacqui
- bf2 is now less punishable. slightly negative. ex one is safe. more push back. better armor now
- a lot of hit box changes
- hit adv frames are better and easier combos
- increased hit adv on straight shot gun
- 23 string last hit is low
Kung Jin
- f4 is + on block
- small frame changes on strings. strings +2 are +1 now.
- Hit box changes missing duccking opponents will hit now
Tanya
- Kobujutsu ex rekka armor is gone.
- ex tonfa toss is neutral on block
- b1 is slower by 1 or 2 frames. 11 frames
- dragon naginata do more dmg
- pyromancer. fb recovery decrease
- gameplan is the same but shes normalized

- Grenade's don't bounce anymore
- reload is faster.
- when they reload they get hit they still get grenades
- ex reload no logner puts out 3 reloads
- scaling on grenades have been increased

- Ninjitsu. f2 2nd hit is overhead.

- 214 is + on block has gap
- 21/11 is + on block
- 3 is faster on start up. Anti air/whiff punish
Erron Black
- Command grab. reaches further and start up is faster. Long range tackle
- ex sand grenade less adv on block. more + than in beta
- d1 is 7 frames
- hit adv is better so marksman cancels are easier
Ferra/Torr
- New moves: ex versions of low and overhead girl toss pop ups for combo. Very negative on block up close.
- VIcious ex boss toss reaches entire screen does hella dmg
- Can back dash her string (b12121 into overhead)
- Lackey tackle is punishable now on block
- d1 without ferra is more negative on block it was + 2 on block.
- Cannot use f2 twice in the same combo anymore.
Predator
- HQT lasers deal less dmg across the board
- Cancels into laser are less positive no more guaranteed block strings
- Warrior bf1 back fist is faster. (wake up attack he needs)
- self destruct is faster
Shinnok
- same teleport change as Kenshi
- bone hands is faster start up and recovery
- uppercut is high instead of mid
Liu Kang
- dualist dmg buff doesnt go away on hit
- mb fly kick in dragon fist is 0 on block now
Ermac
- f43 is overhead and its safe
- b2 charge is more + on block
- b1 is faster and its high now. Anti air move and newer combos
- Flight command for spectral is down up block
- Mystic push and ex push are safer
Kotal Kahn
- f4 is +
- j1 is adjusted. Easier to anti air
- Sun dial goes through ice clone

- ex invis has more block recovery
- speed up move is faster start up
Dvorah
- faster start up on reversal
- brood mother faster cool down on crawler

- Combos arent big with summoner anymore
- Sorcerer armored portal spell takes longer.
- Purple spell drains meter on block.

- Walk speed and run speed have been increased uh oh
