I'd say the dunk hunt dog is the grandaddy of all annoying game characters, but the most annoying to me is definitely Rose from MGS2. DO YOU KNOW WHAT DAY IT IS TOMMOROW? Fucking shit.

Yuna in FFX. Innocent, sheltered, goodie-fuckin'-two-shoes of the most aggravating kind. And her face, god. Something about it just makes me want to punch her repeatedly.

I'll agree to that. Actually, a lot of the Starfox Adventures voice overs were bad. I didn't mind any of the main character voices, but all the dinosaurs etc just have horrible English voices. Conkers BFD was a lot better in the UK dialogue.

You can pick any character from the Jak and Daxter universe and it qualifies as 'most annoying character.' It's a shame because ND can make one heck of a game.
I think when characters in the Sonic games began talking they all got very annoying. About when Cream the Rabbit entered the fray they didn't even have to talk to grate ones nerves.(I'm still not totally on the Sonic hate bandwagon, not quite just this second...). I'm not saying the Sonic characters are necessarily bad, like the ones from Jak are, just that they are poorly done in cinematics with the voice work and etc.
Oh yeah, I hate Cortana, too.

i never had her in my party when i was playing...if i was about to die and she was the only one left in my party i rather die than use her. thats how much i hated this character!
but if you like this character and you boost her stats i am sure she can be very very useful in a fight!
