Most impressive realtime game video seen so far.

i don't know why you quoted me & jumped to conclusions... i dont own an xbox. ;)

Prelim kits are irrelevant to this equasion.... those rendered videos are far too polished for "games" that won't ship for 15-19 months (xmas 2006)

get real & apply some common sense at least when being a system zealot.
I apologize for calling you an xbot.

those videos have to be taken as realtime something or other. there are too many flaws in the videos to believe they were renders. as far as ship dates, we don't know when the PS3 is shipping. It COULD very well be spring 2006 for all we know (12 months). No sony has never done that before, but look at PSP. 3 months later. Sony knows MS is a much bigger player right now, as opposed to 2000 when they weren't any player. I honestly don't see sony shipping PS3 12 months afte X360. I say 5 months tops (march JPN, April US)

I pretty much get this thread is for dejected xbox fanboys to feel better about themselves and their inevitable XBox360 purchase later this year, but you logic as presented is the worst logic ever. PS3 devs HAVE prelim dev kits right now. They DO have the ability to make movies and even game engines. A deve can have something running on a dev kit even if the hardware isn't finalized. you know this right?

Which is why we got GT5. It's the only damn thing that could be argued as being a realtime demo for PS3. It looks like something that hasn't been in the works for long, and on incomplete hardware. Compare that to Guerilla's Killzone demo. Who is in denial?

I'm not saying that Killzone won't end up looking like that, but it is a JOKE to think PS3 games already have that quality when only prelim dev kits have gone out (and recently I might add).
