Well, I think I'm going insane now, for three days, I have to have...

Only 7 of these:

And no other food, nothing at all, not even a bread crumb.

Also I have to have plenty of water. Don't ask why.

Wonder if I'll cope, I'm low on energy but I'm sure I'll be fine. Sucks that I smell a BBQ though... :\

why don't you eat healthy and excercise instead of being a dumbass?

It's got nothing to do with my health, or my body. I eat very healthily and exercise constantly.

And no, I'm not anorexic.

I did'nt eat anything for five days in a row ... it was not planned, so maybe calling it a died is'nt completly true. :D

That's not the point of the thread :p the point of the thread is asking what's the most insane diet you've ever had.

It clears your liver and it gets rid of any thing that's unnessecary, it clears your skin, and at the end it's worth it.

1. A near vegan diet. No animal products at all except for one can of tuna a day. Made me lose muscle. My body responds much better to high fat and protein diet with carbs adjusted for activity levels.

2. http://www.warriordiet.com/

It sounds amazing, even revolutionary in theory...but when the three times I've tried it, it goes great for a week or two, I've lost fat, my energy felt fine, and I didn't have to worry about food at all. Then suddenly my appetite dwindles down to nothing and I feel like crap until I eat multiple times a day again.

Eat nothing but healthy food, less of it than you actually want and lift weights/jog/sprint/stretch is the key.

I would guess he's doing the apple thing as a type of cleanse. Apples have a lot of fibre and will help him clean out his guts quite a bit.

It actually shouldn't be that hard to do for 3 days. It's kinda like doing a fast but you are using the fibre in the apples to clean you out and the sugar in the apples is enough to keep your blood sugar from dropping to low and making you sick.

I haven't had any for months. Beat that!

I was about to say its been a year or three, but I just had a Mountain Dew last night cause I needed caffeine like a mother fucker.
I dated a vegan a few years back, so I was pretty much a vegetarian. But it did at least open me up to some new shit. Soy hot dogs > *.

I'm feeling abit ill now, too many apples and my stomach rumbles but I'm gettting used to it. Just 2 and a half more days!

Also, my diet aftwards is strict too...

-No skins, chicken, apple etc.
-More fruit and veg.
-No fatty foods.
-Less meat than usual (but still eating reg meat)
-No chocolates (Belgian chocies nooooo :(), crisps, junk food.
-A red delicious apple a day.

I think I can keep that up :p.

P.S.-Truelize is spot on.

What's wrong with the skins on fruit and vegetables? I can see avoiding chicken skin, hot dog skin, and human skin, but apple skin...???

I'm not sure about other fruit, but Apple skin contains sprayed chemicals but they're nearly harmless if you wash them, I just prefer them without anyway :p

Probably the most extreme diet I've done was something similar to the "Bodyopus" diet, way back when; extreme because it's very regimented, very different from the way normal people eat, and very much a study in contrasts. I've done lots of cyclical ketogenic dieting and brief periods of PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast). Some people swear by ketogenic regimens, but having been through all of these bodybuilder-nerd diets I think the most effective, both from a lose weight perspective as well as a feel/be healthy perspective, is closer to Sears' recommendations (the "Zone" diet).

1 slice of bread a day and only water for over a month. Lost more than 10kg. Plus lifting weights 5 times a week. :/

That was my plan to get more cut. Ofcourse I lost almost exclusively muscle but I didn`t know anything about how I should do it. I thought it was just about eating "nothing" and continue training. I learned the hard way. Luckily I quickly got the muscle back though.
