Hey guys speaking of rumors I heard that the graphics on the new Xbox aren't any good....like its really Xbox 1.5 or something. And get this... if you want to play your old Xbox games on the new system you will have to rebuy them all! Its a total ripoff. Xbox 360 is just an Xbox that doesn't play regular Xbox games!
I heard that you should buy a PS3 instead. The graphics are amazing. They are way better than Xbox or Xbox 360. There is this game called Killzone and it has movie graphics. It makes the games on Xbox look like Atari or something. Plus it plays all of the games from Playstation 1 and Playstation 2. The new controller for PS3 is awesome. It looks like its from the future. Plus, the PS3 is so powerful that it lets you watch 12 channels of TV and DVD movies all at the same time! Sony is so cool. PS3 is awesome! I can't wait!

I actually heard someone who looked like he was 16 or 17 making these same remarks today. Heh, E3 isn't even over and Sony has already taken the hype train into overdrive. You gotta love it. The next gen is gonna be brutal.

Nah...if anything the 2D games will probably be the easiest to emulate (it always seems to be the case...unless you're talking Saturn hardware)
They already explained how they were going to do the BC in a seperate interview:
They'll choose a set amount of games each using a completely seperate form of hardware routine....emulate them perfectly...and in theory this emulation will lead to other games using these syme style of routine to work. ePSXe uses this to a decent form of success (and Ms has the advantage that they know their hardware completely and are working on a closed platform)...So say they get DoA ultimate working...that would in turn get DoAXBV and DoA3 playable with tweaking. get SFAC working and get CvS2, MvC2, Capcom Fighting evolution, etc working.
And yes of course halo 1 and 2 will be in the chosen set of games.
I'm actually more interested in how they plan to handle LIVE for these emulated titles.

That reminds me of a story I heard once about Natalie Portman. She played Anne Frank in a play and apparently her acting was so bad that during the scene where the nazis show up everyone in the audience started yelling "she's in the attic!!!" :lol
