Doesn't stand a chance. They should focus on actual entertainment instead of just trying to counter MTV's "liberal bias." Of course MTV has a liberal bias, most people who watch it are liberals. They're just catering to their audience.

Oh hell, mtvU is still relatively new. I believe all they did was buy one of the other college networks and slap the MTV name on it.

"They’ve dumbed [programming] down — I don’t know why,” said TUN creator Shane Walker, 38, referring to MTV (search). “But we’re going to change it."

No offense there chief, but I don't think mtvU was programming to you anyways.
