The Blue White and Red lights behind him (looking from left to right) represent an upside down American Flag. Clearly EviLore is on the cusp of turning NeoGAF into a Neo-America with perverse and backwards values, the values of Satan.
When he puts his glasses on, the White light goes out. Watch out white people living in Neo-America, because EviLore is ready and willing to look the other way (the light goes off right before his glasses go on, clearly he couldn't see) while the 'Red' and 'Blue' parts of Neo-America snuff you out like a street light.
