He sent the old one back and got himself a new one that is working. Lighten up, as ultimately, there are no victims here. Blame space's bump made me laugh harder than I've laughed in a long time. In the end, we are all winners.

I had something like this happen to me too. Set it up, got super excited. It's broken from the inside, so the screen looks perfectly fine. Thankfully Amazon is awesome. The next one I ordered came with really awesome shipping and the dude even offered to set it up for me.
