For Vizio:

E-series = crappy low end
M-series = good

Refurbished = it already broke once

Got a 60" E series from BF. It's pretty great imo. Nice and sharp. No complaints aside from minor flashlighting.

I think we have the same TV. I got the E601I-A3 from Costco about a year and half ago. I love it, great picture (once I tweaked the settings according to a guide I found, the defaults are god awful) and at a good price because it doesn't have bullshit I don't want (3D).

I believe this is what I have. Generally happy with it. But I get purple edges from time to time.

I bought a nice looking 65" fancy Samsung 3D TV . . . but it kinda sucks because the lag is so bad that it sucks for gaming.
