NA GAF - Post your PS4 shipment info!

Im still on shipping now... If I don't get my console tomorrow, Ill be complaining to amazon since it ordered it the minute it went live on their site and haven't altered the order since that day.

edit: LOL the second I posted this it went to shipped.
 
Just finished my call with amazon cs and ups supervisor.

Apparently the label has been printed and the package has left the original amazon facility(in SC)to another location in South Carolina waiting to be picked up by Ups for the last 17 hours.

Makes total sense right? Ya.

But they keep guaranteeing it will be at the shipping center tomorrow morning.
Clocks ticking.
 
Anyone's newegg order still say pending preorder? I got a email before that said it would ship the 14th.. They still haven't even charged me. My friends got shipped and and charged @1am.
 
Still "Shipping now". Getting nervous, I swear if it doesn't show up tomorrow or I get a brick...

yeah i got on their chat just now and voiced my anger. i told them that i feel that it's funny that people are getting their shipments already and mine hasn't even been shipped. i also told them that i have a launch day edition one and mine should have shipped b/f the bundle ones. i also added 1 day shipping awhile back and people with 2 day prime have already received their's.

all they said was sorry and that i would get it tomorrow. nothing else. their customer service is just horrible now

What number did you call? I tried 1800PICKUPS but just got a computer.
 
Still hasn't shipped yet. Not worried though. Not yet at least.

I bought Prime for this and my PS4 games back in June, surely I'll have everything tomorrow.
 
I am in shipping limbo....my order says it shipped yesterday but there is no update on UPSs website....it says that the package hasn't been scanned by their driver (Ive had this happen before)

I called Amazon and they said that yes, it did ship and UPS is saying "If we got it yesterday then you will have it tomorrow" but there is no actual tracking info except that it left the sort facility in Phoenix.

WTF guys, get your shit together.
 
every time i check its still stuck on shipping now. Really annoying that people already got theirs and they haven't even shipped mine yet and i pre-ordered in June. Even if it does arrive on time that looks bad.

Oh jeez... this sounds similar to what I'm experiencing now. I was going to cancel my pre-order, but the B2G1 pushed me over the edge...

Amazon shows the PS4 shipped as of the 13th, tracking updated in the early morning hours. I called to ask them to hold mine at the regional center. No problem. I check the site later. It specifically says "held for customer pickup." Called/visited UPS. They claim they don't have it and that it never left Amazon... tells me to call Amazon.... I call Amazon... UPS has it at your location. We sent it. The Amazon rep went on to suggest that UPS is probably telling me this because tomorrow's the release date and they UPS doesn't want to tell me that.

WTH? If that was the case, I would imagine one of multiple UPS reps would say something rather than make up some BS story. To paraphrase a friend, "Amazon is giving UPS grunts way too much credit." In the end, they both suggest to wait and see what happens tomorrow. Fantastic.

Yeah I did a preorder literally seconds after it became available. Random shipping it seems like. You either got lucky to get it early or you didn't.
 
Mine just shipped and got tracking number but still no info, only that label been created.

Also NFS rivals shipped with it even though it was for the 19th before, hope it here tomorrow and updated tonight so i can change it to pickup at their customer center

It won't be randomly now that you stated you'll do it!

For what it's worth mine is still in shipping now phase. I've been through this before with game releases. It probably won't ship until close to midnight and be overnighted.

Same thing is happening to me, check my post history.
But they assured me over and over that my package will be there tomorrow.
Gotta have faith , I guess, ya.

When did your package ship according to Amazon?
 
To update any fellow people who ordered from newegg. I just got an order confirmation, then a few minutes later a payment confirmation, and now the status on my order page is packaging. So maybe all is well...?
 
been on now shipping for 8 hr and no tracking number.......................

Im not getting this shit tomorrow am I even paid for 2 day ship for RD delivery
 
Finally shipped from PA, thank god!!!

I still need to know if Amazon required signing for the package? If I miss the UPS guy tomorrow and he doesn't leave it I'm going to have a nervous breakdown :{
 
Im about 30 minutes away from the Murfreesboro, TN Amazon Direct Fullfillment warehouse and my tracking says its coming from Chattanooga, several hours away. I really need to stay away from the tracking page, i hate getting worried for stupid reasons.

Mine shipped 14 hours ago from Arizona. No updates. Obviously the truck was hijacked, lol.
 
WOO. my ps4 has been shipped with 2 of my games from the B2G1 promo.

I was able to tell because they both have the tracking ID number

omg yes yes I cant wait.

please ps4 do not be a dud. I repeat, do not be a dud and I will love you forever.
