I preordered on June 10th right after the press conference and I have to wait until monday. To twist the knife a little more I have a buddy that ordered Thursday at midnight and he just got his today. WTF AMAZON!?!?
Friend of mine is suffering also. UPS delayed his shipment until Monday. I told them why would you do that when it was sitting in your warehouse in the same state for a full day? Mofo's

So yeah, my PS4 is just chilling in Orlando, FL 'till Monday since UPS doesn't do Saturday Delivery for UPS Ground orders.

Chat with customer service, tell you you overnighted and it never arrived, they will issue a claim for you and get you a refund, this is what I did.

Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.' Amazon guaranteed monday last I talked to them, I'm wondering what that really means if they break that too.

That's what I had for for 24+ hours until UPS updated to say it was in Jacksonville, sorry man, but based on my experience it's not looking good. Hopefully it does arrive, but I'm not giving Amazon the benefit of the doubt at this point.
Yep, I got the amazon chat transcripts to prove it.
I asked for a full refund on all shipping charges, including the $9.99. They'll be able to see through the tracking that it's still coming. I don't care, I just want the console already.
update: I called UPS because i still don't know where my package is at. They said they haven't received anything from Amazon. And they requested that i call Amazon again to put a tracer on the package and that my package is not guaranteed to come in today or Monday and can take longer.
LOL so some dude in a regular old pickup truck just pulled up to my house..I looked out my door her pulled a box out of his passenger seat and came walking towards my door.. I clearly see the amazon tape around the box.. He scans it, gives it to me and walks away

So dell, despite having a delivery estimate of release day for quite a while, still hasn't even shipped. Clicking on any customer support links is giving me a 404.
I kind of want to call to cancel now so I can try my luck calling walmarts next shipment. Really annoyed, especially considering I bought a bundle with a game I didn't want just to get it on/around release day.

Where do you live if you don't mind me asking? I'm in Philadelphia and my situation is mirroring yours. Except that I spoke with Amazon twice and all they offered me were apologies. The second guy even told me to contact them again on TUESDAY if I didn't receive it yet, telling me "please contact us again and we we'll be able to assist you in a more positive way." Oh great.
My UPS tracking page has just said this since Thursday night and hasn't updated:
"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

Another update: Just got off the phone with Amazon and they are telling me if it doesn't come in on Monday they might have to put the order in again. So now i wait till Monday wasting more time out of my day. Yeah after this whole debacle is over, I think i won't shop at Amazon ever again.

Amazon keeps saying my package was delivered so I can't do anything. A refund is pointless since I actually wanted the damn system. I did a search for one online and everybody is sold out.

wait till you get an alert for ps4(amazon restocks some ps4 frequently) buy it - and get a refund on the other ps4.

Called Amazon after not seeing any evidence of the $40 credit and 1 month prime extension that the agent promised me would show up on my account.
They routed me to a call center in Costa Rica and I spoke with an agent who is currently waiting for his own PS4 to be delivered in another month or so. I guess Monday isn't too bad by comparison.
Turns out the promotional credit doesn't show up in my gift card balance and will only show up on items sold by Amazon when going through the checkout. The original agent didn't explain that. He added another $60 to my credit and waited while I walked through the checkout flow to show that $100 was applied. I hadn't even gotten around to asking for something else yet. He just did it.
So if you've managed to get less than $100 from Amazon for your undelivered "Launch Day Guaranteed Delivery" PS4, rate your first customer service experience as poor and have them give you a call. They're obviously getting a lot of calls like this and aren't hesitating to give out credits.

I'd guess Tuesday or Wednesday at the earliest. Sounds like you won't have a tracking number until Monday.
Yea I thought so but I was wondering if this meant it went to the shipper. The faster out of Amazon's hands, the better.

Amazon still hasn't sent me my PS4 yet. They claim it was UPS who fucked up, and gave me a free month of Amazon Prime, and then wait until Monday, where they'll send a replacement unit if it doesn't come by then.
This is bullshit.
Edit: I'm starting to believe that it was jacked off the UPS truck, since Amazon confirmed it made it on to the truck. Urgh.

I bought mine through Sams Club and paid for the 1 day shipping. First they lead me to believe I would be receiving the package on the 15th which is wrong, then sent my package regular shipping via FedEX and I won't get it until Tuesday now since FedEX does not deliver on Mondays. I am livid right now.

Bit late to do that now since it's Sunday, and who delivers on Sunday. Wish you guys would've done that when it would've been meaningful, like when I asked you to on Friday. Also no mention of why the chat reps wouldn't elaborate on why my system was delayed.

Tried the chat. Only want to offer me two months of prime. Even when they asked me to stay around all day Saturday (when I knew they don't deliver on Saturdays).
It happened during practice for the Chinese Grand Prix in 2010. I think it was a suspension failure.
I'm not sure the people who do live chat on the site have the same level of authority to offer credits as the people who answer phones. Try calling and asking to speak to their shift supervisor and see what happens.
Mine never updated. It's still in California according to the Fedex website.
Delivery date says N/A, I've never seen that before.

I'm in exactly the same spot. PS4 coming from CA to PA, was supposed to be here Friday but didn't ship until Saturday morning and is now in TN.
From my many talks with FedEx there was a Chemical spill or chemical fire on the highway from the Newegg warehouse to the FedEx Airport that caused a total highway closure. Someone also mentioned there were problems in the warehouse too.
My expectation (hope) is that it will finally move to my city overnight and I'm going to the warehouse to pick it up. Last thing I need now is for them to leave it outside and someone walk away with it.

My Gamestop ordered PS4 is still in Kentucky. Been there since Friday night. My tracking still says it's going to get here (New Orleans) tomorrow. So I'll give it until then before I unleash hell demons upon the surface.

Mines will be here on Monday, Im in NYC and its currently in NJ, Newegg should contact customers, they wait until you chat with them if anything is delayed, I filed a shipping claim and should be refunded but even that takes time.
