So I finally got a email back from amazon in response to the one I sent around midday Saturday reiterating my discontent with this whole situation, this choice nugget got me.
Bit late to do that now since it's Sunday, and who delivers on Sunday. Wish you guys would've done that when it would've been meaningful, like when I asked you to on Friday. Also no mention of why the chat reps wouldn't elaborate on why my system was delayed.
But yeah, guess I really lucked out with this situation and I know where my PS4 is. And a fifty dollar refund and twenty-eight dollars and ninety-nine cents in promotional credit is pretty good recompense. Feel for you guys who still don't know the whereabouts of "launch day" system.
