Yo yo I just dissed Eminem (the poster). My diss is gonna be on Badder Boy recids next month. Check it.

;)

Seriously, diss tracks are becoming more redundant than power chords in much of today's emo/punk music. :D

add to that his wackass metaphors. But seriously this beef between them is old news. Nas shoulda came hard at fiddy a year ago. Nowadays fiddy has the money, fame, and groupies so unless he falls off, his own doing, no diss track can bring him down.

mainstream rap/mixtapes suck.

seriuosly WTF is a Candy Shop?

Dumb as he is, I will always have a soft spot for 50 thanks to his "How To Rob (An Industry Nigga)" track. Hands down some of the funniest shit on wax, especially considering his financial situation at the time. :)

It's the place to lick his lollipop. He'll take you to the top. G-G-G-G-G-G Unit!

It's hard to tell though cause I switched the flow

Can anyone tell me when fifty switches his flow? :lol :lol :lol

I don't even think he knows what switching flow means.

How to rob was funny. I'll give him that.

is this a joke? nas has been around forever. and is one of the best rappers out there today.
I've taken classes with people who diss Nas and Jada over 50 and Buck. I wanted to vomit.

ya know... even though we all know fifty has turned into a joke, you gotta give him some fuckin props. fool came from dissin everyone in teh game in (imo) his best track ever "How to Rob" to getting to the top. Everything he touches is fucking platinum+... Olivia (who looks like a guy by the way :lol cept her body is fucking BANGING) will be going platinum plus. Who the fuck knew this fool would get so big, cuz i didnt. I knew em and dre had some powers and shit, but god DAMN.

Also, anyone who can say rakim is their favorite rapper ("my favorite rapper used to say check check your melody") gets fuckin huge rep in my book.

Why do you even deny it anymore? Damned closet racist.

You still think I'm a closet racist :lol :lol :lol :lol
If you all remember, I got the line from the "Play That Generic Rap Song" music video by P-Unit. A black man sang the line, "I love you like a black man love fried chicken." I think it's the best line ever because it totally mocks and assaults the retarded simplicity of 50's, um, songwriting.

This is like Bad Religion or The Clash writing a song dissing Good Charlette.

Its so obvious what is the point?

Nas is in another stratosphere compared to 50.

True. But this man has always OWNED the stratosphere.

Too many people hate on 50. He's got an awesome flow, and makes really awesome feel good tracks, or whatever. Don't expect anything DEEP from 50 Cent. Not all music is made to please you elitist pricks. Some music is made to make money, so I gotta give my props. And it doesn't hurt to listen to, I like catchy music as much as I do music with meaning, both are enjoyable in their own ways.

Alas I'll probably get flamed for this, eh :P

Can someone please explain to me why its ironic to see someone in a thong, and think its erotic? HOW is that irony?

:lol you win

Look... we are rap heads, we can understand what hes saying. But its probably better to think hes saying shit like humhumhumhumhumhumhum instead of shit like

"So gutter, so ghetto, so hood
So gully, so grimey, what's good"

WTF?

"It's hot! Disco inferno!
Let's go! You're now rocking wit a pro
I get dough to flip dough, to get more fa sho'
Get my drink on, then get on the dance floor"

:lol :lol :lol

I still can't believe he fell off so hard (after one cd too).

he went from having one of my fav tracks ever

"These industry niggaz startin to look like somethin to eat
I'll snatch Kim and tell Puff, "You wanna see her again?"
Get your ass down to the nearest ATM
I have dreams of fuckin an R&B bitch
And I'll wake up early and bounce with all your shit
When I apply pressure, son it aint even funny
I'm about to stick Bobby for some of that Whitney money
Brian McKnight, I can get that nigga anytime
Have Keith sweatin starin down the barrel from my nine"

Funny ass mother fucking song to that shit above :(. those two songs on game's cd were bangin tho lol

Nas is trying to build hype for his album- this probably is the starter.

Either way it doesn't matter 50 Cent and Nas will still have both their careers after this though seeing where Em stands will be funny (Em is apparently producing on Nas's new album)

All you need is the hook anyway (to be succesfull commerially - not artistically), and give the guy (or his production crew) credit, his songs do have them. Clubs just light up whenever a 50 cent comes on, ok mostly due to the Dre beat, but still. With the exception of a few songs (all of his first album) his rhymes are shyte.

I don't really care much for 50 Cent or the whole Shady label anymore (with the exception of Obie Trice who I think has a lot more potential than any of the other guys). Nor do I follow most of these recent beefs in the industry, but I still wish Eminem had replaced 50 Cent with Royce, as someone already mentioned the most memorable thing about 50 Cent is the beats, meaning that 50 is disposable. Might as well put someone talented over them.

Did something happen between Royce and Em? I would think Royce would have a deal, videos, and his plastered all over BET by now. Shit, he could just re-release the stuff that was on GTA3 with a big push and it would sell like hot cakes.

Heh, is this the same Obie who doesn't write any of his own rhymes? :)

It started out as an exchange of disses between Bizarre of D12 and Royce, which then led onto a more or less full-on beef between Royce and D12. So, since this, Eminem and Royce hasn't been talking much. Heh.

Maybe most of you have hearing issues...but I've always been able to understand every single word 50 Cent says. Regardless of what he says in his songs, his beats are great and are always awesome to listen to in a car with a system or in a club. Some of you need to let it go.

Ether this ain't.

I can understand 50 as well but his shit is so simple and generic that mumbling would at least be different than the rest of the other mainstream rappers.

Hehe, I was exaggerating of course. I just think 50 is a very boring rapper.
