given the moon has no atmosphere, what happens to the water when its heated to the point of evaporation/vaper? Wouldn't it escape into space?

pretty dope. FYI they have found water and even snow on Mars in the past few years. this is surprising though since the moon has no atmosphere.

Did you know that if you go outside on a night with a full moon and stand in the shade of the moonlight its hotter than if you are standing IN the moonlight?

Also the moon is just a projection.

I wonder how we will divide the Moon up. As far as nations go.

Would it just be first to create a border? Because I really doubt countries like China would be up for sharing land.

It's basically ice crystals interspersed in the lunar dust:

The water was discovered at high latitudes towards the moon’s south pole in abundances of about 100 to 400 parts per million H2O. “That is quite a lot,” said Mahesh Anand, professor of planetary science and exploration at the Open University in Milton Keynes. “It is about as much as is dissolved in the lava flowing out of the Earth’s mid-ocean ridges, which could be harvested to make liquid water under the right temperature and pressure conditions.”

So in 1 kg of lunar dust from these areas, there are about 0.1-0.4 g of water.

Couple years back, I started watching a lot of Ancient aliens and anything related to that. Then started watching moon videos. Makes you wonder!

This sounds like something a flat earther might come up with .

Yup and not true.

Actually, the Moon’s light (which is, of course, reflected sunlight) doesn’t have anything to do with it at all. It’s all about Radiative cooling.

Temperatures of surfaces under an unobstructed night sky will lose more of their heat than surfaces with obstructions, roofs, trees or clouds over them, and this happens even on nights when the Moon isn't present (which makes it harder to see, of course).

So yes its true but not for the reason people think.

We’re going to eventually live on the moon, huh?

“we”, meaning humans, probably way into the future, when most of us are gone.
