The game looks amazing but they move waaaayyy to loose & slippery in the game. That's the main reason why I could never get into the past few years of Live. NBA2K6 still wins for me hands down.

Personally I think Live looks better, 2K6 has nice close ups but as far gameplay graphics go, Live is the winner right now.

That's way more polished than the 2K6 video. There seems to be a much less noticeable difference between in-game models and replay models in Live 360. VC, or whoever they are now, time for you to step up.

The camera work goes a long way in the presentation. I read in a mag that they are changing the presentation dramatically and it shows.

Actually, I stayed away this year and didn't cop it. I may eventually, but b-ball is my least favorite "major" sport now in my old age, so probably not. The defensive stance button, or lackthereof, is a legitimate beef--I used that shit like crazy back when I cared about the series.

wow, that video of live looks fricken amazing... dare i say even better than 2k6 now. EA has really REALLY stepped it up on x360 as of late. i now consider this THE sports game for me at launch (hoping Madden can start to make these same kinds of visual leaps as this game has recently).

You could fault NBA2K6 for the exact same thing. Let's not kid ourselves, both these games will likely just be huge graphical overhauls of the current gen versions. Gameplay additions or bug tweaks would be a bonus.

2k doesnt get a break in this either...90% of their videos looked like shit...but at least Live had 1 decent movie. I know both games werent built from the ground up though.

Looks good. Player faces need work, and the choppy animation kills the whole 'suspension of disbelief' thing.

I won't say which looks better 'til I've played both, however it's obvious that they both do some things better than the other.
