The show has to reign itself in and not go too wacky like they did in this latest ep all the time, or else they will be expected to top it every time and just run out of steam.

Eh, they've put out Office and Heroes. And I think we're getting to the point with Bluray where more TV will start coming out this fall. Hopefully.
