UW just scored HUGE getting Spencer Hawes to sign letter of intent. Washington is a basketball powerhouse now!! Hawes, Quincy Pondexter, and Phillip Nelson this year. And after last year with Jon Brockman and Martell Webster signing letters with Webster going right to the NBA, Lorenzo Romar is a recurting machine!!

Now we just need to get the football team turned around

Too bad Stanford, Arizona and UCLA will all finish far above the huskies in the PAC. Romar seems much like Ernie Kent in that he seems to be a damn good recruiter, but shitty coach when it comes down to it.

FAR ABOVE!! I doubt it. I expect the top of the PAC10 to be AZ, UCLA, and UW. Stanford should be good, but UW is much better then people think they are.
