Someone, anyone, please tell me who makes a decent spam filter so I can stop getting 100 junk mails a day on my e-mail account...

Have you tried Mozilla Thunderbird ? I get a TON of spam on my main e-mail account and it does a great job of filtering it out.

How's Thunderbird work?

It's just like Outlook, both have built-in spam controls, and it uses adaptive filters as defined by you. So, when you first run it, it will be as bad as you have it now. But once you start marking items as junk, it will pick up a lot of junk mail, and probably cut it down to about 75%. You can mark it to move to a junk mail folder or have it auto-delete, or have it marked and saved in your inbox folder.

The spam on my school account is out of control. I get maybe 3 emails from the school everyday and maybe 50-100 spams.

I just block everything that doesn't have the school address in it. Even Thunderbird couldn't handle the amount of spam I get.
