Need a new 17" monitor - what to get & where to buy?

Looks like my old generic monitor is slowly crapping out after 7 years of faithful service. All of a sudden I get a lot of weird "interference" and have to bang the monitor or bang the desk to fix it (which only works for a few minutes). As much as I would like to save some money and keep this baby running on its last legs, I can't risk that it will completely die in a moment when I need it direly.

So I need a replacement -- looking for something preferably less than $150 (so yeah, it's gotta be a CRT). Any particular brands or models that I should check out?

I imagine that the shipping costs would negate the price advantage of any online store, but there's some place that has good models for super cheap, let me know.

Try to get a SyncMaster (Samsung)

May not perfectly fit into your budget, but it's probably the best CRT you're ever going to use. (save for those super high-end Sonys)

EDIT:Hmm, the US models are pretty shitty compared to the European based models
