Please pardon my ignorance. I haven't played the game. I didn't know this was a thing? Is it a difficulty option or slider? Cheat code? I am interested now...

So it turns out I was sort of wrong. I thought there was a way to do this. However, I played on PC and it was just a mod that I came across. So you can do it but you have to play on PC. And it kinda takes away from the game.

If you want a cozy/relaxed open world game there nothing better than this one, is uplifting

I wanna second this, what a fantastic game man. I didn't expect much going into it, but I had such a good time with this. This is a pure game.
