Basically a friend wants the best possible internals, screen doesnt matter if its 1080p or whatever because it'll be used on a TV or monitor anyway

3060+ would be nice
Amd or intel, dont matter
16gb ram would be the ideal
Just wants as future proof as possible

Acer is cheaper as Asus has Thunderbold 4 and is also more likely to last longer on battery

Maybe it's a UK thing, but here in the US all of these models are out of stock and being sold on most sites by third parties for huge markups.

Somebody has to ask the main question, does he actually need a laptop or can he get a mini tower and not pay out the ass for gimped hardware?

Main issue here, as we talked in different thread with @GHC, is that you don't know how the GPU is going to perform, if you don't find the very specific model of the laptop. Ampere basically dropped the Max-Q and Max-P label and only sometimes is said in the description of the laptop which wattage the GPU has and it has a big impact on the situation.

Maybe you could settle for something with eGPU. I don't know, the current market is a fucking mess.

Also why the fuck tagging users does not work. But it does not matter that much....

Well I might be retarded, however normally after @ it starts to list the users and simply it didn't do anything. So I fucked it up, because it's apparently not enough to remember people's nicks, when you seem them everyday....
