So I hooked up my PSP to my PC with a USB adapter and went into Windows Media Player. I have lots of CDs ripped into there, so I picked a couple of songs and synched them to the PSP's Memory Stick Duo. It went from having 32 MB free space to having 21 MB free space. Problem is, when I go to the main PSP menu, I can look under Music and find the MSD, and it says there is 21 MB of free space, but it also says there are no tracks.

So help a dumb guy out here. I have never messed with MP3s before and all this stuff is new to me. Is "synching" what I need to do to export those songs over to the PSP? Or is it some other command? Thanks in advance!

The songs are actually in the music folder right? They have to be in the music folder to show up.

If you're hooking up your PSP via USB cable it should show up as a removable drive. Just navigate to the music folder and drag and drop them in.
